How do I register?

All registration is done online and paid for by Credit Card. Simply click the REGISTER button for the grade your child is entering in September 2019 and follow the steps.

What do I need to register?

You will need: 1) Kid Check account. Upon paying for your registration, you will receive a link to setup your KidCheck account and pre-CHECK-IN. (Ignore “NOT PAID” notice in KidCheck – we will match up your payment and check-in and mark it paid). 2) Your child’s health card number. 3) Credit card. All camp payments are processed securely online.

What grade do I select for my child?

When registering, choose the grade your child will be entering in September 2019.

Can I register more than one child at a time?

You will need to register each child attending CASTAWAY or SPLAT Camps individually, but you can complete the pre-CHECK-IN for them in KidCheck all at once.

My child is friends with a child in another grade, can they be with them?

Unfortunately, our camp and its activities are structured and programmed for each age group and therefore we require every camper to attend their camp under their correct grade. We know from many experiences that this is best for your child and they will love their week of camp!

Why does it say "Not Paid" in KidCheck when I have already completed my registration?

It may take a couple days for us to match your registration at bethelcamps.com with your KidCheck Pre-CHECK-IN. If your registration has not been updated within 3-5 business days, feel free to contact us at admin@bethelstrathroy.com or 519.245.2320.

Is there a cancelation policy?

If you need to cancel before May 15th, please call 519.245.2320 and we will be happy to issue a refund minus a $25 admin fee/camper. All sales are final after registration closes on May 15th.

When does registration close?

Registration is open until May 15th, but if you register by April 15th, you’ll save $25 with the early bird rate.

I am having trouble with KidCheck…

Whatever it is - forgotten password, email change, adding a guardian, etc - we can help! Please, before starting a new account, re-creating children under a new guardian - ask us for help. How does lunch work?

Each camper is responsible to bring their own lunch. JK/SK students will need lunch on Tuesday and Thursday. Grades 1-4 and Splat Camp will need lunch every day. We ask that children do not bring any food that has nuts.

Does Bethel Camps do anything for food allergies?

If your child has food allergies, ensure it is listed on their KidCheck account. At Bethel Camps, we are sensitive to peanut and nut allergies, but we cannot guarantee an environment that is entirely nut free.

What is the Tailgate Party?

This is our treat to our campers and their families as a way to celebrate the end of Castaway Camp. You'll get to see and hear all about the amazing week your child had. Your whole family is invited to join us on Sunday July 28th at 10:30am. A full, free, BBQ lunch is available afterward.

What are the day trips?

Our trip outings are always a highlight for our campers! We strive to find the best local attractions that are age-appropriate for each group of our campers. These may include activities like swimming, bowling, indoor/outdoor play areas, water slides, etc. As we get closer to the summer, we will be finalizing all our day trips.

Is there any financial assistance available?

We want to assist as many families as possible to help their children attend camp and we do not want any child to miss a Bethel Camp for financial reasons. To apply for financial assistance please click the tab at the top of the page.
